  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Vintrixio, a Vintrixio employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Introduce any virus, trojan horse, worm, logic bomb, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our services.

5. Payment Terms

All services offered by Vintrixio are subject to payment upon acceptance of the service proposal. The payment terms will be specified in the proposal and may include:

  • Deposit amount due before work begins
  • Final payment due upon completion of the services
  • Additional costs arising from scope changes will be communicated promptly

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vintrixio website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vintrixio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise misuse any of the material without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vintrixio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall Vintrixio’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services resulting in the damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vintrixio, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
